Montrose Avenue screened in Tokyo, Japan in October 2007, presented in association with the Tokyo International Film Festival in October 2007, as well as at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo and the Kyoto Manga Museum in February 2008. The film will be screened within a program of animated shorts that were produced with the assistance of Bravo!FACT and the National Film Board of Canada.
Montrose Avenue has been selected for inclusion in The Best of The New York International Children's Film Festival 2007,the NYICFF's touring component.
